On the followup call simply ask them if they are in or out?

If they are in, take them to the lifevantage referral link you are working with like issac.lifevantage.com and get them started on the premier or elite pack.

You'll have the person that enrolled with you help you make your list of your top 25 contacts and start calling them to prequalifying them for the opportunity. 

Repeat the same process with everyone.
